At DBOrdinary, we deliver more than just clothing — we deliver a mindset. Our goal is to get your order to your door as efficiently and transparently as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your gear.


🌍 Global Shipping, Flat Rate

We proudly ship worldwide at a flat rate.
Our trusted global partners — including FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, SF Express, and local couriers — help us deliver from production straight to your doorstep.


🕒 Order Processing Times

We aim to process all orders within 2–5 business days.
However, during peak periods (e.g., holidays or limited edition drops), fulfillment may take up to 10 business days.

Once an order is processing or fulfilled, we are unable to:

  • Modify addresses

  • Cancel or alter items

  • Combine shipments

📦 Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by destination. Below is a general guideline:

United States 7–14 Business Days
Rest of World 10–21 Business Days

⏳ These estimates do not include the 2–5 day processing window.
Delays caused by customs clearance, weather events, holidays, or strikes are beyond our control.


🔍 Tracking Orders

Every order comes with a tracking number.
You'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking details once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Note: Some carriers may take a few days to update tracking information. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@dbordinary.com.


🧾 Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in your order total.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • DBOrdinary has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them.

  • If you refuse delivery due to fees, you are responsible for return shipping and any incurred charges.

For guidance, contact your local customs office.


📬 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it becomes your responsibility.

If your package:

  • Was marked delivered but is missing

  • Arrived damaged

Please file a claim directly with the carrier and notify us at support@dbordinary.com within 48 hours.
We will review all claims using the carrier's tracking data and timestamps.


🚫 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We cannot change addresses once the order is submitted. If the order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
