Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase under the following conditions:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and extras are intact

  • Items have no visible damage, stains, or scents

  • Return request includes your order number or receipt

🛑 Returns will not be accepted if:

  • It’s past 30 days since purchase

  • The item shows wear, damage, or signs of wash

  • It's a non-returnable item (see below)


🔒 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments / innerwear

  • Face masks or sanitary goods

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout


🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@dbordinary.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange

  3. We’ll review and respond within 1–2 business days

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the item is over $75, we recommend tracked shipping or insurance

  • We are not liable for returns lost in transit


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll get an email confirming approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically process in 2–3 business days


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 3 business days:

  • First check with your bank or card issuer

  • Still nothing? Email us at support@dbordinary.com and we’ll help you resolve it


🎁 Gifts

If you received an item marked as a gift:

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit

  • A digital gift card will be emailed once your return is received


💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Email support@dbordinary.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage

  • We’ll assess using delivery confirmation timestamps and tracking data
