✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase under the following conditions:

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags, packaging, and extras are intact

Items have no visible damage, stains, or scents

Return request includes your order number or receipt
🛑 Returns will not be accepted if:

It’s past 30 days since purchase

The item shows wear, damage, or signs of wash

It's a non-returnable item (see below)
🔒 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Undergarments / innerwear

Face masks or sanitary goods

Final sale or clearance items

Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

If the item is over $75, we recommend tracked shipping or insurance

We are not liable for returns lost in transit

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds typically process in 2–3 business days
⏱ Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 3 business days:

🎁 Gifts
If you received an item marked as a gift:

Approved returns will be issued as store credit

A digital gift card will be emailed once your return is received
💥 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:

Email support@dbordinary.com within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and photos of the damage
